Welcome to our beautiful beach home that is within a 7-10 minute walk to the beach! This house is centrally located near coffee shops, lunch spots, south beach park/ sunshine playground, a variety of different restaurants, breakfast shops/juice salad bars, and Whole Foods all within walking distance. It features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom features two twin beds. Fully equipped house with a gorgeous backyard for relaxing.
Hi, I’m Bray. My love of travelling has taken me all over the world, but I always love coming back to Jax due to its laid back beach vibes. It's a great city to have some fun, relax, and enjoy quality time with friends and family. I have seen my fair share of hotels and Airbnb houses on my travels. As a host, I can’t wait to share some of the same great hospitality that I have had across to. My property is just a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and you will have the entire place to yourself. I know this area like the back of my hand so I can provide any information you may need to make your trip that much better :) Thanks!
The property is the perfect location between the playground/park for kids and the beach. This place is in a uniquely location that you can safely walk to the beach by using a sidewalk and leveraging a walk signal. This is in't commonly found in Jax Beach. The park offers volleyball, grass fields, basketball courts, and splash park/playground. We are conveniently located within 5 mins of route 202 “J Turner Butler Blvd” which will give you direct access to Saint John Town Center (15 min drive) and TIAA Bank Field (20 mins) in downtown Jax. The nation’s oldest city, St. Augustine, is a short drive at just under 30 miles away. This prime location puts you close to multiple shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Other close by spots: 2 minutes drive/5 min walk to Chipotle, Moes, Bonefish Grill, breakfast cafes, juice bars and many more! 5 minutes drive to Target, Orange Theory, Starbucks 5 minutes to Jacksonville Beach Golf Course 7 minutes walk to Huguenot Park (Lakeside space with a pier & courts) 7 minutes drive to Jax Pier/ 10 min Neptune Beach 10 minutes drive to Mayo clinic 15 minutes drive to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course
