Remarkable, panoramic ocean views catch the eye from this private, original adobe, four-bedroom paradise rich with attention to detail. This Spanish adobe is nestled away atop the foothills of Vista in San Diego's North County. Winding up a long private gated driveway, one finds a secluded Spanish estate on 1.45 acres. The home, originally built in 1928, exudes charm with its original Spanish tiles, brickwork around the fireplace in the great room, exposed wood beams, and solid wood doors. Authentic California living gives one a view of a unique, private home surrounded by lush landscaping, including an orchard with many fruit trees and indoor/outdoor entertaining areas. At over 3,000-square-feet, this hacienda blends the old with the new. The main house comprises three buildings connected with a loggia (covered walkway). There is an expansive full kitchen in the main house with two ovens and a side-by-side refrigerator, as well as a second full kitchen in the pool area. There is a dining area in the main kitchen that seats up to six people, but you can also enjoy eating alfresco on the terrace off the main living room as you take in the views.
