It offers 2 miles of oceanfront beaches, where swimming, fishing, shelling, surfing and dolphin watching are popular. With 90 feet of private beach, the home features a wrap-around deck with dramatic ocean views, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen (also nearby seafood restaurants are highly recommended) as well as an outdoor dining area under a tiki hut, hammocks and open air fire pit. Unwind at this stunning beachside paradise with details for a luxurious yet charming seaside feel. Enjoy the ocean views from the dining room, master bedroom, outside terrace or back yard. The house is located in the enclave of Cocoa Beach, a locals-spot with fine white sands and curling waves and home to World Champion surfer Kelly Slater. Although shops and restaurants are only eight-blocks away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This property was recently renovated and designed with custom furniture and wonderful amenities for private beach access. Just 3 minutes to downtown Cocoa Beach, and 5 minutes to Pineda Causeway with direct access to I-95 this vacation spot is an excellent central location. The home offers everything you need for you and your family to feel safe and secure, with peace of mind and the beach!
