This 1920s home was originally a one room home. Previous owners added on over the years creating a quaint 3 bedroom home. All new carpet and paint throughout as of June 2018. A/C unit in sitting room and upstairs south bedroom available to use during the summer months. The living room features a love seat, couch ( which turns into a hide a bed suitable for children to sleep on), smart TV set up with ROKU with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, a ceiling fan and a half bath in one corner. Full service kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, eating ware, flatware, cups, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, natural gas stove, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We provide breakfast, so please help yourselves to breads, bagels, cold cereal, fresh fruit, milk, juice, and yogurt. Knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops with deep double sink complete this space. Main level bathroom features tub/hands free shower combo, toilet, and vanity. We provide body wash and shampoo as well as towels, qtips, cotton balls, and dental flossers. Dining room features south facing windows that let in lots of light as well as a table that easily seats 6-8. Opens out onto small deck in large yard.

My husband, Jason and I are the parents of 7 active kids, six of which are at home. They are lively, but respectful of others and usually quiet during our guest's stay. We love to meet new people and travel to new places. Having previously owned a video store, we enjoy movies, specifically science fiction, action, history, comedy, and romance. We enjoy good books, especially classics and all kinds of music. We love to explore national parks, especially Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks as they are so close. We began hosting with Airbnb a year ago and enjoyed it so much we expanded. We currently have several vacation homes which we list. Hunter's Escape is the only whole place listing on site with our personal home. Both of our other homes (Vintage Charm near National Parks and River Beach; and Vintage Cozy Family Home near National Parks) are located nearby within 1 mile of our home, so should you need us, we can be there in minutes. We would love to host you!

In a quiet little town of just over 3,000 people, the town is pretty much the neighborhood. This property is located on the south side of town very near the highway entrance. There are all of the city amenities within a 7-12 blocks (gas station, several eating facilities, Banks, city offices, Library, grocery store, convenience stores, parks, religious facilities, movie theater, bowling alley, Fitness Center, and more.) We do not have public transportation in our area at this time. However, the movie theater and bowling alley are 7 blocks to the north of this property. Also within 12 blocks of our location are the banks, hardware store, pharmacy, grocery store, and several wonderful restaurants. Within walking distance are two parks that front the river and one that does not, but has a great playground for those with children.
