You are renting ground level and second level of this 1.1 acre villa, it is the first and second level in main picture. Sleeps a total of 22. Entry is via a door with keypad code. Over 6,000 square feet of inside living space available to you, plenty of area for everyone to spread out or enjoy fun group gatherings. In addition this 1.1 acre property has over 10,000 square feet of outside covered deck area to relax and enjoy shade on hot steamy days. On second level a grand entrance hall with chandelier greet you, beautiful wood staircase leading to 3rd floor mezzanine which has two bunk beds, each with double bed on bottom and single bed on top, sleeping a total of 6 in mezzanine, rest of 3rd floor not accessible with rental. Featuring a very large kitchen in the heart of 2nd floor, two full size ice and water dispensing fridge/freezers, two wall ovens, a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and cooktop ensure your gourmet meals can be prepared in comfort. Massive island with lots of seating highlights open space concept of 2nd floor great room plus two large dining tables for all to dine. Lots of outside dining tables as well. Garage & storage on ground level not included.

On ground level there are two separate apartments with no connection to each other or to the second level, so its ideal for multiple families or multi- generational families. Ground level has a 2 BR apt with bathroom and a 1 BR apt with bathroom, both have kitchens with dining/living rooms. The 1 bedroom apt. is ideally suited as a nanny quarter. Washer and dryer included for guests use at any time. Beaches with plenty of free parking a 5 minute drive just across Pineda Causeway.
