This brand-new villa near Venice Beach was just recently created by French Interior Designer Laurence Namer. The space is modern, joyous and comfortable. Villa 57A Dudley offers 2 bedrooms, a designer kitchen, living room and even a secret bonus room in the attic. There is a large garden and a reserved parking space. The beach is a few steps away.
You will be a few steps away from the beach. Cross the street and go to famous Rose Cafe. Abbot Kinney Blvd is also nearby. Abbot Kinney Blvd was described by the New York times as the most fashionable street in the USA.
