WHY WE LOVE IT: -Updated beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom -Newly renovated and designed. -Stare at NAU’s gorgeous campus out of the kitchen window, and enjoy a sunset cocktail on the second-floor patio looking at the San Francisco peaks! -Walkable to both Downtown and Sawmill! Tons of restaurants, shops, and breweries nearby. -Hiking within a couple of minutes drive. -Enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer without even getting into your car. -MAP; use the starting point S Verde St 86001. Walk in the front door to the living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. Just down the hall are a half-bathroom and a full spacious kitchen with a dining room table. Up the stairs to the right is a King bedroom with a small deck and seating. Around the corner is a full bathroom. And across the stairs is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.
