Venice Canals two level Main House with a boat dock, just 2 blocks from Venice Beach. 2 sun-filled living rooms with decks and gardens, 2 spacious sunny queen bedrooms with balconies and high A-frame ceilings, 2 full bathrooms with tubs, a kitchen with a glass door, indoor and outdoor dining, a large flatscreen TV with streaming and a detached garage with 1 parking spot. Watch the ducks float or walk by from the living room. The canals are a historic district and pedestrian area with limited car traffic. Walk 2 blocks to watch the sunset on the beach. This listing is for the Main House on the property. There is also a Guest House above the detached garage which is a separate listing. There is plenty of privacy. Shared amenities include: a laundry room, a vintage row boat, stand-up paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs + umbrellas

The house is located in the Venice Canals historic district, a residential wetlands community with birds, boating, eclectic homes and gardens.
