Come relax in our modern, zen, chic ArtSpace Venice beach retreat on 3 levels in the very heart of Venice. One block to the beach & one block to Abbot Kinney Blvd. 2000 sq/ft (200m2) house with huge 1000sg/ft (100m2) rooftop, 2500 sq/ft (250m2) backyard, steam sauna, alkaline water showers, reverse osmosis alkaline water filters, outdoor ping pong dining table for twelve, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 office workspaces, 2 car tandem parking, hidden behind private 10 foot tall gates and fences.

Venice is a very unique, vibrant beach community full of art galleries, the best restaurants LA has to offer, huge sand beaches, great nightlife with cool bars. It can be both relaxing and entertaining and exciting. It’s only 15 min from the airport, 5 min from Santa Monica Pier, 20 min from Malibu & 30 min from Hollywood. There are many boutique stores on world famous Abbot Kinney Blvd for unique shopping experiences. Venice Beach has a lively community from the Boardwalk to Abbot Kinney, to Rose Ave there is so much to see and do.
