This property has two brand new units upstairs and the 1st floor was recently remodeled. All ceilings and walls are soundproof. They each have separate entrance as well as separate private yards/decks. There are flat screen TVs in every room, multiple fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, wireless internet, satellite, HDTVs, wood floors, fireplaces, large roof decks /multiple patio decks, wireless internet, satellite TV and private outdoor entertaining areas with a barbecues. Combining modern and traditional elements, the 2nd story architectural masterpiece home sits 4 feet above 1st floor house hence creating a soundproof barrier. There are multiple windows, large sliding doors and skylights making for an incredibly airy feeling. The open space with a custom island/ dining table is great for entertaining, connecting you to multiple decks with stereo speakers, picnic bench and barbeque for your outdoor dining pleasure. There are extra-large roof top decks with endless views, outdoor furnishings as well as a fire pit and optional hot tubs. The 2nd floor has high ceilings with a gorgeous master suites that has a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, private deck and 3 other bedrooms. The Ground floor):

This home is a short walking distance to the Brand New Flag Ship Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, & approximately 5/8th of a mile to Venice Beach Boardwalks, and 2 miles to Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade. Santa Monica was named the best area for great restaurants in Southern California by the 2008 Zagat Guide, and is one of the top 10 dining destinations in the world by Forbes. Walk to Venice Bch in 10-15 mins, or 5 mins by bike. Friendly residential neighborhood on dead end street, easy access to S. M. freeways and LAX.
