The top 6th and 7th floors have been transformed into short term stay rooms. The rest of the building (1st-5th floors) is occupied by medium-long term tenants. Our property includes a front desk, which is open 9am-5pm daily, a secured front gate, a private parking and driveway (for an additional fee), a shared kitchen equipped with basic cookware, a small gym, a lounge in the lobby, security cameras throughout the premises, and a coin operated laundry room. We will send over self-check in instructions if you arrive 5pm. There is a shared kitchen on the 6th floor for guests to use. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking ware if you wish to cook meals during your stay. Our property also has a coin-operated laundry room as well as a gym.
