This spacious, professionally designed, and decorated home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, making it the ideal getaway for families, friends, or couples. The home is surrounded by a beautiful mature landscape and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance.

Neighbourhood information

Rural country feel, quiet and peaceful, and conveniently located near almost anything you may want or need. There is an information booklet in the house with lots of information on all the local shopping, dining, entertainment, breweries, wineries, airports, hospitals, etc. The property is located within 5 to 15 minutes of excellent dining, shopping, nightlife, great micro-breweries, Sunshine Mountain Winery just down the street, 15 min to Stone Brewery, 15 min to Legoland, 20 min to the Safari Park (aka Wild Animal Park) 45 min from downtown San Diego, 20 min to the beach. Highway 78 is 5 min away, the 15 fwy is 10 min away, and the 5 fwy 15 min away.
