As part of a resort, you're provided with a dedicated ground floor garage parking spot, top floor elevator access, a beautiful outdoor sun deck featuring a spacious heated pool & invigorating spa, with ample outdoor dining and grilling. The private oceanfront beach to this resort is only a footstep away, and the location provides plenty of restaurants and attractions for all of your entertainment desires. With incredible views and comfortable living accommodations, it's no wonder why many of our returning guests have said this vacation spot is the closest thing to heaven! About 1/2 hour drive from either St. Pete / Clearwater International Airport(PIE) or Tampa International Airport (TPA), you'll need a car to get around for shopping and restaurants. You'll have your own parking spot in our ground floor parking garage where the elevator greets to take you to your 5th Floor Condo. Visiting Guests can park free of charge in our spacious parking area. Parking Passes are provided.
