Unit 3A is a unique corner unit with spectacular views. It is the perfect home away from home for a family or group of 6 people whom love the beach and like to stay somewhere fun, and relaxing. The outdoor setting is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, reading, and meals from your balcony as you watch the dolphins swim beside the coastline. The picturesque view of the sparkling sands of the beach is mesmerizing and addictive. The Gulf front dining area includes a large wooden table with 6 chairs and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of your food preparation, and cooking needs including durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious wine bar and mini fridge for additional beverage storage. The living area has a gorgeous view and is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The spacious main bedroom hosts a cozy king size bed and access to a private balcony through a sliding glass door. Attached is the luxurious main bathroom which includes a dual vanity as well as a twin over twin day bed.

The Trillium is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of of only 15 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private balconies. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here.
