This place was horrible.
This place was horrible. Upon exiting my car, the parking lot smelled. The glass windows of the entry doors were dirty. There was not check in desk - it was a table that looked like it was filled with a disorganized array of junk. The floors and halls were dirty. The elevator was dirty. I'm assuming the hotel was under renovation, but there were no notices anywhere. The staff couldn't even offer an explanation. I felt very dirty and uncomfortable staying at this location. I truly believe I deserve a refund. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.Brennan

We arrived very late at night and the staff seemed to know exactly who we were when we walked in. Very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast exceeded out expectations. I will definitely stay at the Cobblestone Hotel next time I come to Torrington to visit my brother and nephew!

The rooms are clean and the property is nice. The last 3 times we have visited they have been doing renovations and the improvements are nice. The staff is friendly also.

Breakfast. Indoor pool. Parking. Very safe. We did a last minute booking and we arrived midnight, the receptionist happily welcomed us.
