Toes Up Resort is a small private resort on 2 acres set in beautiful downtown New Braunfels only five blocks from Schlitterbahn and a mile and a half from Gruene. This particular listing is for the Largest house on the property. It includes a lounge/nightclub, as well as your own private hot tub. You and your guest will also have access to our Pickleball court The resort is Minutes away from all the tubing companies as well as all public river, parks, and river access.. I bought this property in 2019 with the intention of having a bed-and-breakfast and slowly, but surely it has turned into this fabulous resort style property. It is probably the most unique property in all of New Braunfels. It will not disappoint you.
The resort is in a neighborhood, but set apart from the rest of the houses. There are no curfews or noise restrictions. You can hang out here as late as you want and have a great time.
