We've lived in Williamsburg since 2010 and have been SuperHosts on AirBnB for the entire time. Apple store is 6 mins walk at Bedford Ave. You're renting a private apartment with a separate entrance at this 3-family, owner occupied property. Just 1 minute walk to the L train to Manhattan.
