We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone and we live close by. It houses two queen beds and two twin beds, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. (we also offer an air mattress for +2). Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room—all framing magnificent ocean views. Private Entrance: The apartment boasts a private entrance, enhancing your privacy and convenience during your stay. Please note: Access to this top-floor apartment is via a staircase with 19 stairs leading to a private entrance.

Neighborhood: This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike/walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes, & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers. Also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. Downtown is 2.5 miles and Safeway is 1 mile.
