This 2BR/2BA condo has a coveted midtown location that's minutes away from a wealth of year-round activities. In winter, drive 2 minutes to Heavenly for a day of thrilling mountain adventure. Come summer, spend the day boating or relax beachside at Ski Run Marina, just a 3-minute drive away. Enjoy drinks in the sun on your private deck. Or grab your towel and make a splash in the shared pool. The condo is within easy walking distance from an arrary of restaurants. ABOUT THE HOUSE Curl up on two sofas and armchairs beside the wood-burning fireplace and 40' TV in the living room. Meal prep is easy in the well-equipped kitchen with all the essential cookware. When dinner's ready, dish up at the dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and a closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The loft features five twin beds, a closet, and 26' TV. A bathroom on the entry-level has a walk-in shower, while a bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower combination.
