When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions. Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing including amenities and house rules. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests please do not hesitate to ask! A rental agreement must be signed and a legal form of ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This will all come directly from our company, Tampa Vacation Collection.Z Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

The open floor plan will make sure you never feel cramped, and makes it the perfect couples retreat or honeymoon destination! Cook in the kitchen, lounge on the sofa, chill out on the comfy bed (which comes down from the wall and can be put away for more space), or take a shower in the newly renovated tile bathroom! And forget having to use the lights during the day, this units view over the water and ample windows ensures that you get all the natural sunlight you could ever want! Beach community with plenty of to-do's for tourists; restaurants, bars, etc. all right there! Our guests have access to every amenity the resort has to offer! This includes access to the heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock (and area to dock your jet skis!), onsite laundry, free instant WIFI and a couple gas grills. Our oceanfront condo is also located just down the street (minutes) away from Clearwater beach! Throw on some sandals, grab the beach chairs we provide, and go soak up some sun on the sandy Clearwater beach. All amenities outside of the unit are managed by the resort. This includes, but is not limited to, the grills, the pool, the sun deck, and the parking lot. We DO NOT guarantee the *availability* or *cleanliness* of any of these amenities. The resort, at their discretion, make close down any amenity at any time and that is not our responsibility. Therefore we do not issue refunds due to an amenity closure or for the state of an amenity, though we'll do our best always to help you out.
