This spacious, first-floor condo, which faces southeast with a view of the ocean, has everything you'll need for a comfortable getaway - a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a formal dining room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and beautiful furnishings throughout. The expansive living area features a cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Enjoy a walk-in laundry room with a private washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi as well. The primary bedroom suite offers a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, a cable TV with a VCR/DVD player, and balcony access through sliding glass doors. The Dunes is conveniently located in the heart of Sandbridge, where getting to the beach is a breeze. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
