As cities go it is a pretty nice place. None in my party felt unsafe walking around the area we were visiting. The tourists' attractions are many and a stroll to, around and fromThe Point was lovely. It is a university city, so you experience a lot of diversity and cultures which, for me, adds to the experience.

Traveled here for the Drake Concert.
Traveled here for the Drake Concert. I have to say, I have never traveled anywhere in the world with more miserable people. EVERYONE I came in contact with was extremely rude to say the least. After thinking about it, it could be because of the stance on Cannabis there. It's one of those places you travel to if you have to.

Pittsburgh was very beautiful and friendly.
Pittsburgh was very beautiful and friendly. We did not have time for any of the museums, so we will have to come again. We had events to attend. But for just exploring the city and museums, maybe 2 days would be enough. Great public transit.

We loved the Carnegie museums and Phipps Conservatory.
We loved the Carnegie museums and Phipps Conservatory. There are many beautiful buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries and numerous parks. Two and a half days were not enough to see all we wanted to see.

I had no idea what a beautiful clean city Pittsburgh is. It's easy to get around via public transportation and ride sharing. I discovered the Waterfront area. We went to the movies and there is the cutest shopping center right across the road.

Places I would tell you to visit Would be the Pittsburgh Zoo...
Places I would tell you to visit Would be the Pittsburgh Zoo, National aviary, Museum of natural history, and the Science center. Stay in Oakland it is a safe area. stay away from downtown not that safe. We stayed here a month due to hospitalization of a family member. We also stayed another time for 3 weeks. places to eat we did a lot of uber eats they have a lot of buy one get one free meals. good way to save money!!
Free parking and comfy couch in the room (our reasons for selecting this hotel); free coffee and fruit in the lobby; comfy bed; consistent water pressure and temp in the shower; quiet room, couldn't hear any talking/tv from neighboring rooms; good location, 10 min walk east to the Strip District and 10 min walk west to downtown and PNC Park. Our room (suite 500) had exceptionally rare duel aspect windows, so great view. Breakfast food options were typical but fresh and tasty.
The free breakfast and happy hour were awesome. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The hotel was full but the rooms were so quiet. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Pittsburgh. I want to recognize Darnell from the breakfast help. He worked so hard to make sure there was always fresh hot food for all guests and that the tables were cleaned and ready to seat more. Loved the patio to chill with friends and family.
Excellent Hotel. Facilities are modern and spacious. This is my second visit at this hotel and I would happily go back again. Access and parking is really easy and there are plenty of nearby food options. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a broad range of options. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was really helpful.
This is a beautiful hotel, and it's centrally located making all the downtown Pittsburgh area totally walkable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The building is beautiful, and the rooms are updated and clean. The room was VERY compact, but it had everything you need for a short stay.
Great location for visiting The University of Pittsburgh. Also, the option to do street parking right outside the hotel with parking meters was very convenient and cheaper than paying the hotel overnight fee, and we could see our car from our room. The staff was also wry friendly and helpful.
We loved the atmosphere and the staff. The rooms were very nice and personal instead of the typical "hotel feeling". We really liked the hotel and the staff. The bed was so comfortable. It was near the PPG paints arena and we were in Pittsburgh because of Pittsburgh penguins hockey.
Location to PPG Arena and Downtown was Excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the front desk and valet. since it was the first time in Pittsburgh, they helped with directions and suggestions. Fitness room has quality equipment and well maintained.
The location is good. Very central in downtown PGH. The check in was smooth, the lady at the reception had a handful of useful recommendations in terms of dinner locations. The room was very clean. The coffee at breakfast was decent for a hotel of this category.
The property is conveniently located in the downtown area and near the river from of the south shore and in walking distance to the convention center. It is a newer hotel and very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.
This was my second visit to Pittsburgh using this hotel. It is conveniently located close to where I need to be. the staff wer friendly and lots of restaurants and good coffee shops are within walking distnace. Will visit again.
Amazing location!! Heart of downtown Pittsburgh, walkable to football & baseball, fast & sit- down food, local shopping (groceries included). Less than 1 hour from Grove City shopping. Clean but small room, gym. Pool super warm
The property is beautiful and is kept very clean! The location is ideal with being in downtown and right next to the stadium and you can’t beat the in room river views and free valet parking!
The location was super convenient for my plans in Pittsburgh, which mostly involved the North Shore and Downtown. In addition, the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The hotel was centrally located in downtown Pittsburgh, but beyond that, our stay was horrific and we will never give this place our business again. Travelers beware.
