Welcome to Cloverfield! Cloverfield started as a pipe dream in 2018 when the Cramer Family found this hidden gem. The 1900s farmhouse and guest cottages had been completely abandoned for over 10 years when the Cramers saw the property and immediately fell in love with it. Everyone told them they were crazy, but they knew they could restore the property and bring the beautiful property back from the brink. They took a little over a year to work on it, day in and day out. But with a lot of hard work, determination and a few of Lauren's tears they did it! Cloverfield started welcoming guests in 2019 to stay in the Guest Cottage (3bed/2bath) and Guest Barn (1bed/1bath). We are a Bed & Breakfast House with openings for you to enjoy our 6 acre private retreat either in the Cottage or Barn. We have a total of 4 rooms open for you to use as you wish. While we are not a venue by definition, we do occasionally offer private events to be held at our B&B home. You would be able to rent out the entire property with it's accommodations for your special event. Please message us directly to check pricing and availability. This beautiful property is located in the heart of golf and equine heaven in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Just a few short miles to the neighboring towns of Pinehurst and Aberdeen. And exactly one hour's drive to/from Raleigh's RDU International Airport. For events you will have the entire 6 acre property to yourselves to plan, play & stay for you and your guests. Cloverfield is rented in 24 hour increments with options to add on days before/after your event day. The 6 acres provides you and your guests with a beautiful ceremony site, reception site, The Guest Cottage, The Guest Barn, storage/vendor set up in The Ranch House and the privacy and exclusivity of the grounds to enjoy as you wish.

Hello! We are Ben Lauren Cramer. We would be thrilled to host your group at our beautiful home & property. We moved to Southern Pines in 2018 and have slowly been updating our 1900s farmhouse property back to its splendor. We hope to share our love of the South with you and your family & friends in our perfect rural getaway.

Our property has a private setting in horse country while still being close to downtown Southern Pines, Pinehurst & Aberdeen. It will take you no longer than 5 minutes to get to downtown Southern Pines, 10 minutes to downtown Pinehurst and 15 minutes to Aberdeen. We are located in the middle of horse country with a few horses right next door. You will enjoy your own private driveway entrance thru the pine trees directly past our cottage right up to your barn entrance.
