  • Hi I would like to do a small bday gathering with no more than 10-12 people everyone is 40+ would this be allowed with music playing no one but me and my husband would be staying the night

  • I am a boudoir photographer and would like to use this space for couple shoots in the morning with couple of my clients and then stay for the weekend to visit family. I wanted to make sure that was okay before I booked

    For this we would need to charge our event fee on top of the total (we consider any filming or photo shoots to be events). The event fee is $250. If that works for you feel free to book!

This unit is the entire top floor of this grand historic mansion, boasting 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, en suite working space, and 2,500 sq feet of living space. Brush Park is a vibrant and historic neighborhood, with easy access to some of Detroit's best attractions. Visit the Detroit Institute of Arts, catch a game at Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, or see a show at the Fox Theater—all within walking distance.
We love food, running, hanging out in museums, beer, sailing and yoga. We are avid travelers and can be found all over the map!
