Located within 3 blocks of one of San Diego’s premier beaches, The Loring Beach House, is beautifully appointed and ready to be your "Home Away from Home"! Our spacious, well-stocked kitchen has seating for 10, lots of wood cabinetry, newer stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The living room and most bedrooms have new flat-screen UHD TVs, cable, brand new mattresses and luxury bedding. Great for family gatherings, The Loring Beach House has a spacious, private, gated brick patio in the back with a natural gas fireplace, BBQ, a Marquis hot tub that seats 6, a glass patio dining table with seating for 8, and folding chairs for additional seating. The front of the house has an inviting grassy yard and large Trex deck, with plenty of space for chairs. Two off-street parking spots are available in the driveway next to the house. Although The Loring Beach House is a separate house, the property has three units, with on-site management who is available at a moments notice to deal with any of your needs. We are also just a phone call, text or e-mail away to answer any questions.
Hi, I'm Raffaele, AKA, Rudy--a San Diego native and attorney by trade. I grew up surfing and swimming in Pacific Beach and it's still my "Happy Place". I'm looking forward to retiring someday before I'm dead, but in the meantime, I'm enjoying hosting guests from all over the world in our family Beach House! I always strive to provide excellent experiences for our guests and happy to answer any questions you may have.
The Loring Beach House is only 2.5 blocks from Tourmaline Surf Park, Law Street beach, and close to sunbathing, swimming and other activities at Pacific and Mission Beaches. It’s also only a very short walk to excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and neighborhood bars. Bike or take an electric scooter in minutes to all of the popular area spots: Garnet Avenue (the main street in Pacific Beach), La Jolla, Mission Beach/Bay, and the Boardwalk.
