The Garden house is a small up down duplex with front and rear entrences. The upstairs apartment is 530 sqr ft. Its a one bedroom apartment with a full bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has carport parking and extra alley parking. Maintnence and cleaning staff live in the basement apartment. The entire outside property in set up as food and flower garden and is being built as a urban sustainable living Home stay.
We , the hosts are a father, son, daughter partnership. We are working on building a urban sustainable living home. We have designed and built the property to grow food, save and use solar energy , create a income and become as sustainable as possible. We appreciate our guests and there contribution bringing our sustainable building project to life.
The neighborhood where this home stay is located is an older area with many small older homes. Its located close to downtown, parks and recreation areas as well next to the interstate with fast access to all the amenities and activities the black hills area. Close to The Monument Civic Center.
