The perfect central location for hiking trails, mountain biking, rockclimbing, sight seeing, and exploring downtown! Drive 2 minutes east and you are downtown. Drive 2 min west and you are in the heart of Old Colorado City. Drive 10 min west and you are in Maintou Springs. Cucharras Park is only a block away, and Midland trail is only 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is filled with a vast array of local businesses; coffee shops, Pikes Peak Library, art galleries, breweries, parks, grocery & convenience stores, and so many unique places in downtown.
