A gas fireplace keeps the home feeling nice and cozy, and you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while relaxing out on the furnished balcony and taking in the forest views. No matter the time of year, there's always something to do close by in Incline Village. Walk to the city center for delicious restaurants as well as fun and unique shops. Only a mile away is the Championship Golf Course where you can spend sunny days out on the greens. Summertime is ideal for boating, swimming, or sunbathing at Incline Beach, just a little over a mile away. In the winter, load up your skis and make the brief three-mile drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort for fantastic snowy terrain.
