The cottage can only accommodate two people: a comfortable king size bed in a one bedroom with fireplace and air conditioner, a bathroom with a powder room, a small dining area, a kitchenette and a patio overlooking Mount Woodson. The property is supplied by well water and solar energy; has free Wi-Fi, Smart Lock, and Blink Security system camera. Private street parking is available within a few feet from the driveway entrance. Safe, rural & quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Highway CA-67 and a 15 minute drive to Highway Interstate 15.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. You will hear birds chirping in the morning & crickets chirping at night. This rural hillside neighborhood is just within easy driving to get to town: 5 to 10 minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, antique stores & shopping centers. This is not a child and pet friendly property. Lots of rocky pathways with stairs and wildlife. So sorry…. No kids or pets allowed.
