Company information

When a red bird appears, your rental is near! This 3,000 sqft home is listed as 2 separate units. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house/top unit. The basement/lower is a small apartment with a king bed, full bath and kitchenette, with its own private entrance. The attached garage contains fitness equipment and has its own laundry. If you are renting the lower unit only, the top unit does not have access, and vice versa. Just be aware there may be another guest at this property sharing the fenced backyard if both units have a pet staying. If you would like to rent out the entire home just shoot us a message!
