We have a newly added lagoon style pool complete with waterfall, shooter jets, sun deck & bubbler. A recently remolded modern walk-in shower with raining shower head. We offer a games room with Xbox & PlayStation. Pflugerville lake is less then a mile from our door. It offers trails (we provide bikes), fishing, swimming and kayaking. Our home is located in a loop where it is most quiet from any traffic. Both Costco and Stone Hill Town Center are just around the corner for any needs. We are 15 miles from Down Town Austin and 30 min from Circuit of the Americas.
We have 3 children and 2 cats who are friendly. My wife is a stay at home mom who can help you with anything. We enjoy card games, cooking, gardening and swimming in the pool with neighbors.
Circuit of America is 30 minutes away. Kalahari is 20 minutes away. 10 minutes away is a waterpark called Typhoon Texas, plus it is in the same area as Stonehill shopping center. Downtown Austin is 30 minutes away and the airport is about 35 minutes out.
