Welcome home to the 2 Bedroom Jacksonville Blue Bungalow located in the HEART of Jacksonville. You will be in awe as you pull onto the paver driveway and take in the luscious landscape. Enter via the large covered porch that is perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Open the door to paradise and soak in all the details of this impeccably designed open/cozy floor plan and make yourself at home. Close to everything! NEW, CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT, & CONVENIENT! This is home is the main home on the property. We also have a cottage to rent for vacation in the back of the property. The shared space is the laundry facilities and back yard.
Rick and Mindi are entrepreneurs in the field of renovation and new construction!!! Rick has a very impressive detail focus and Mindi is\ creative in the arts. Together, they make a team of creative, mechanical, realistic, productivity!!! Their attention to detail is what they strive for and maintain for every guest and project that comes their way! When we are in town, we live on the same street and can help to meet any of your needs! Entrance is keyless with your own personal code. We will share our contact info at booking, so you can text, call, or email us anytime.
Our place is centrally located to ALL Jacksonville! It is very easy to get to the beach, the town center, golf courses, colleges of Jacksonville, restaurants, hospitals, downtown!!! If you have a vehicle, we have a parking pad just for you! Public transportation is within walking distance, Uber and taxis are easy, biking and walking too!
