A welcoming, fully furnished, comfortable and clean three bedrooms unit. 5 miles from the airport and walking distance from shopping areas and trails, with quick access to Minnesota highway, which connects you to downtown and many parts of the city in no time. The house is located in a quiet residential areas off of Dimond and Arlene on the south side of Anchorage. There is a bus stop at walking distance. No stairs - other than three steps up to the front door.
If you have questions, we will be glad to provide guidance. Knock on the door upstairs and introduce yourself. We are open to conversation and/or assisting as much as we can.
Very nice an quiet residential neighborhood with lake front properties at walking distance and amazing mountain views. The house is at walking distance to trails (biking, walking, running, and other), and minutes away from Kinkaid Park. Also close at walking distance are shopping center (FredMeyer, Wallgreens, Burligton, Dollar Store, and others), restaurant (various), gas station, and others. Costco is also 2 miles down the road and Dimond mall about 3 miles. There is direct access from Anchorage's main highways to get to downtown in 15 min (7.5 miles), and about same distance to major hospitals (Providence Hospital, Regional Hospital, and Alaska native Hospital). Additionally that direct access to main highway also facilitate driving to place such as Guirdwood & Alyeska in about 40 minutes. Although the house is at walking distance to a bus stop, we recommend you rent a car or use taxi/rideshare for transportation.
