You'll be able to step through your patio gate and directly onto a sandy beach access path at Surfs Edge 108, a ground-floor, oceanfront condo on the shores of midtown Ocean City. This beachfront escape was completely renovated in 2021 with a brand new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a new washer/dryer, sparkling new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. When you're not outside on the golden sand, you'll be treated to central air conditioning, a plush sectional sofa and a TV in the living room, and ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, and outside on the oceanfront patio. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and one block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment.
