Come an enjoy this small peace of paradise in Southwest Florida. This house has everything you need to just relax and enjoy a great vacation with your family and friends. Beautiful outside area with a pool, dining area and a great view of palm trees as well as the game room where you can enjoy a pool game with your friends and family. Centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. Just a few minutes drive to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen.

Walking distance to ABC Liquor Store, Apple bees Restaurant, KFC, Banks and shopping. Less than 10-minute drive to the Beach. House is centrally located to all the amenities and the fun in Cape Coral. 25-minute drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach. 35-Minute drive to Naples and Marco Island
