You'll feel right at home in this 1, 544-square-foot property which offers a comfy, open-concept living area with an adjoining kitchen, dining area, and sunroom. Step outside onto your private waterfront deck with beautiful views of the canal and bay in the distance, great for enjoying your coffee in the morning or drinks as the sun sets in the evening. Sit back and experience the relaxing atmosphere as the waterfowl and boats cruise by throughout the day. This location offers great spots for crabbing and fishing and easy access to the bay.
