Inside Space Kitchen: New refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, microwave, oven range, double sink with disposal, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, knife block, mixer. Livingroom: New 50" TV, queen size sleeper sofa, access to patio. Master Bedroom: New 43" TV, access to patio, hypoallergenic pillows, on-suite bathroom. Guest Bedrooms: New 43" TVs, queen size beds, hypoallergenic pillows. Laundry room: New full-size W/D, ironing board, iron, storage shelves, laundry basket, broom, mop and bucket. Bathrooms: Tub/shower combo, vanity w/ drawers, blow dryer. Workspace: Desk w/ drawers, chair and floor lamp. Outside Easy access to condo on the 2nd level (above carport) from either the elevator or stairs next to the unit. Direct access to beach, pool and "Sea-n-Suds and Oyster Bar" Restaurant. Walk across the street to “Surf style Island Market" for groceries, non essentials and souvenirs. Pool is heated some months of the year. General 1150 sq. ft. unit. WIFI 1gb, TVs w/ streaming/cable option. Landline phone for emergency use only. 40-gallon water heater. Self-check in entry door code w/camera above door. 24-hour security on site. Check-in 4pm/ Check-out 10am
My husband, Bruce and I live just outside of Dallas, TX. We recently purchased this condo in March of 2022. We love Gulf Shores, AL for the beautiful white beach sand and emerald colored ocean. We love this unit because of the views and direct access to the beach. We made a lot of updates. Including buying new furniture, appliances, TVs, décor, bedding, pillows, bath towels, curtains and much more. We want our guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. Cleanliness is also very important to us. We have high standards in making sure that it stays clean for our guest. I have experience as a landlord, apartment assistant manger, leasing agent and a customer service background. These experiences have helped me to be able to provide you with great service as I have delt with property/unit turnover, maintenance, communication and resolutions. I am available for communication through the platform during our business hours. Sunday- Saturday 9 AM -6 PM. Enjoy your stay!
In the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free and paid parking available throughout the town. Drive about 10 miles to OWA, about 2 miles to Gulf State Park Pier, about 7 miles to The Warf and 10 miles to Tanger Outlet Mall.
