With just a couple of minutes walk to the stunning beaches, and an array of lively bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, this is the perfect location for those seeking an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Offering you everything you need for an unforgettable stay - from comfortable furnishings to convenient amenities - this Mesa Studio is truly one-of-a-kind.
I live on the property but you'll have your own separate and private space.
Named for the Spanish word meaning “flat-topped table,” this elevated two-and-a-half mile slab of land hovers directly above the sea. Divvied into East, West, and Alta Mesa, it’s home to some of Santa Barbara’s most magnificent public green spaces, top-ranked schools, and popular shopping centers. Excellent amenities make the Mesa one of the most sought-after areas. THE NEIGHBORS A lively cross-section of young families, professionals, and long-term residents. WHAT TO EXPECT Easily accessible beaches, a multitude of parks, and ribbons of bike trails and jogging paths. THE LIFESTYLE Wander from the beach to a park to tons of eateries and convenient shopping—everything you need is right at hand. UNEXPECTED APPEAL The Mesa enjoys a mild micro-climate all its own, with temperatures typically warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
