Sundestin Condo #802 / Destin **CONSTRUCTION SALE - HEAVILY DISCOUNTED: Beginning Labor Day 2024 the SunDestin Beach Resort will be undergoing a property renovation. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F). The outdoor pool will be closed after Labor Day. There will be times when the indoor pool, and onsite store and restaurant (Pelican's Roost) will be closed or have modified hours. Please do not book our condo if construction noise will bother you - our rates are discounted to reflect the construction inconvenience! Sundestin Beach Resort is located in sunny Destin, Florida - smack dab in the heart of amazing restaurants, shopping, spas, golf, and all of the entertainment the Emerald Coast is known for! EXTRAS - SMART tv in the living room - Luxe toiletries, freshly laundered linens, and fluffy white towels - Hair dryer, iron/board - We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. - Sundestin provides coin operated laundry on each floor BEACH - LaDolceVita is on the onsite seasonal beach service provider – you can purchase beach sets and other beach items right on site Sundestin has a large parking lot for guests. You are within walking distance to restaurants, or just quick drive to everything. Ride Share apps work great!
