This is a five bedroom house with a private pool, and a 5-persons jacuzzi on the south side of the house (backyard), connected to the back of the house via a lanai which is also south facing and therefore sunny most of the time. There are three bedrooms downstairs: the master bedroom suite, a queen bedroom suite, and the twin bedroom. The common area has cathedral ceilings, and feels very spacious. The master bedroom has two sinks, a garden tub, a shower, and a separate toilet area, and two closets. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, a foosball table, and a dartboard. All the first floor areas are wheelchair accessible. The master bedroom also has a plat panel TV, as do some of the other bedrooms, in addition to the great room.,Two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom are in the second floor. We are in Windsor Palms, one of the top three luxury Man-gated communities in central Florida. This resort is about 3.5 miles from the main gate of Disney, and across the road from Hilton Mystic Dunes golf resort and Four Seasons Resort. It is 1.7 miles from a Walmart on Old Lake Wilson, and about 1 mile south of Rte 192 where there are many restaurants and bars, as well as grocery stores, drug stores, and other businesses and entertainment facilities.
Windsor Palms is one of the three top rated, man-gated resorts in central Florida with beautiful landscaping maintained by the HOA, always in perfect shape, a beautiful clubhouse with a Olympic sized swimming pool, fitness center, a movie theater, game machines, pool tables, tennis courts, basketball court, beach ball court, and children’s playground, and a convenience store, accessible by guests free of charge. It is about 3.5 miles from the main gate of Disney (you can see the fireworks in Disney from Windsor Palms) across the road from Hilton Mystic Dunes golf resort and Four Seasons resort.
