**Please Note: Summer House B is undergoing an exterior renovation. Some construction noise, lifts, north railing barriers, and limited parking are expected from June 2024 to November 2024 for exterior painting and handrail installation in November 2024*. Summer House 703B will be open for rentals around 6/1/24*. Construction work will be taking place at the building next door (Summer House A Building) and noise should be expected from this building through Summer 2025*. *This timeline can change at any time, without notice, due to weather, etc.. **Please note the outdoor pool will be open through 8/18/24 and closed from 8/19/24 to April/May 2025.** Unit 703B got a makeover! Come see this beautifully updated 7th floor beachfront condo at the Summer House in Orange Beach. This 3 BR/2BA that sleeps 8 (10 max) has a king bed in master bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, 1 queen bed in third bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room.  You'll love the updated colors, giant balcony, and incredible views at 703B! Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, washer and dryer, gulf front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, high-end cotton linens.  Complex Amenities: Community Hot Tub, Community Sauna, Community Indoor Pool, Kiddie/Wading Pool, Community Outdoor Pool, Sun Deck, Tennis Courts, Grill Area - Charcoal Grills, and Fitness Room.
