The rental is located only steps away from the beach and the boardwalk: you only have to cross the street to enjoy a romantic sunset or a morning jog. Ten minute walk from Lincoln Road (the famous shopping street) The bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, linen closet, cable LED TV and completely renovated bathroom with a tub / shower combination. In the living room you will enjoy, for your moment of relaxation, another cable LED TV, a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa, a very stylish round table with four chairs and a large closet The kitchen is well equipped with every amenity you may need if you decide to have a home cooked meal: brand new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of flatware, chinaware, wine glasses, pots, pans and utensils. You will also enjoy A/C, free Internet access via WIFI, beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, sheets, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. I want my apartments offer guests a comfortable home when you are away from home. Its very easy to move around Miami Beach, the city provides with a FREE trolley system that stops right in front of the apartment super convenient.
I was born in Venezuela from Italian father and Venezuelan mother, came to the united states in the 70s to study art in San Francisco and moved to Miami Beach 22 years ago where I work as a creative director for an advertising company. I have a great understanding of the city so can be of great help to you when you stay at my place. I am always informed of everything that is going on in the city and I am a fan of great food not always the expensive choice but rather the best kept secrets where tourist usually do not go. Luxurious condo unit located in fauna District, the most prestigious and popular area of Miami Beach. There are lots of places around. from the small neighborhood market to a very expensive dinner at one of the Hi End hotels, there are city bikes for rent next to the building and our great FREE trolley that can take you all around south beach. And of course just few steps from the apartment the best beach ever if that is what brings you to our city with plenty of activities and the boardwalk for those morning runs.
