Our talented interior designer created this stunning 3-bedroom private pool house featuring attractive family room with sofa sleeper & Florida Room overlooking private pool. Only 8-minute walk to beach & popular restaurants with live music. Longer walk to Historic Venice Ave unique shops &restaurants. Private heated pool with dramatic fountains. We're one of only a few private houses legally allowed to rent short stays under 30 days!
