Located within the historic Northwood neighborhood is this stunning 1920’s Spanish style villa that offers the perfect blend of heritage features with new, modern design. The estate features bright, generous rooms with open concept living, a gourmet kitchen, pool table, 5 beautiful bedrooms, 5 modern bathrooms and a tropical landscaped yard with a heated pool and luxe sun lounges. Walk just 10 mins to restaurants, cafes or drive into the heart of West Palm Beach and Clematis St just 9 minutes
We strive to make sure your time at the house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Unfortunately we are located in Portland, OR so I won't be available onsite but we have a local team of cleaners and handymen should something arise.
Located along Florida’s stunning Atlantic coast, West Palm Beach offers guests year-round sunshine within easy reach of white powdery beaches and some of the most enticing waterways. Starting at Flagler Drive on the Intracoastal Waterway, walk west to experience the indigenous flavor of the area's colorful boutiques, nightclubs, live music, restaurants and historical landmarks.
