Property is located in Nottingham on 90 +/- Acres Situated on the river bank of the Pawtuckaway River. We also have a man made spring fed beautiful pond. We run a small sand & gravel business on the premises. The apartment sits above the back half of the Garage workshop at Nottingham Sand & Gravel. Lots of walking trails on the property & surrounding . 5 Min. Drive to Pawtuckaway State Park & Beach, 20 Min Drive to the Seacoast & just a little over and hr to Boston.
Im a Real Estate Broker, Married to Jimmy and have 5 Children & 4 Grand children and one on the way together. We also have a golden doodle named Kubota. Occasionally, our sons Friendly German Shepard Loki visits.
Surrounding our 90+/- acres out to the South East is More walking trails on Conservation land. Raymond Rd aka RTE 156 We have a man made pond that you can swim on at your own discretion. It gets pretty deep quick- Feel free to bring a kayak or a float. Plenty of parking to the right side of the garage
