Property information

Giant, 4 bedroom, 2,300 square feet apartment near Red Line Train, bars, cafes, shopping, restaurants, Lakefront and everything else Chicago has to offer. Large living room with bar area, TV and fridge for socializing before hitting the town. Dining room off the kitchen has a large table and 8 chairs. (4) bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 2 with 2 queen beds. TV in almost all bedrooms. (4) futons for in the living room for extra sleeping space (2) bathrooms with shower and bathtub. (2) parking spots in the west facing garage on premises. All kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups. There is a coffee maker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Also a blender, toaster, crock pot and more. The base price covers up to 10 people. There is an extra charge for each person above that. Pets are welcome and also have a fee. Your total bill will be calculated when you make your reservation. If you are having trouble making a reservation using this software, don't give up! You'll need to call Bookings Reservation Department ask for help. You can also make your reservation using Air bnb, Home Away or VRBO. We're listed on those places using the same property name.

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to busy Broadway restaurants, clubs and shops. 10 blocks walk or 1 stop on the Red Line train to Wrigley Field and the tons of cool bars and nightlife there. Walking distance to Belmont Harbor at Lake Michigan which has a running path, golf course, bird sanctuary and beach. The Red, Brown and Purple Line Train station is about 5 blocks away; an easy walk. There are buses on Broadway and Belmont streets which is 1 block away. Lakeshore Drive is 3 blocks away. You do not need a car to get around here.
