Close to Subway and bars all over - this is one of the best locations in Williamsburg! It is a bedroom in a shared 6 bedroom house over 2 floors. I have an electronic Combination keypad door lock on this room for your privacy. This house has a shared: beautiful green garden/back yard, three full bathrooms, Kitchen & Dining room, and front Patio for sitting for a smoke or a breath of fresh air. WiFi in the room as well as a TV with HDMI cable. This room has windows overlooking the front street and close access to the rest of the house amenities including to the green back yard where you can witness special birds coming to feast and sing... Private A/C unit can make the room as cold as you want for your convenience. You will have a digital keypad lock to this room for your privacy. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor (3rd bathroom downstair in apartment next door). Washer+Dryer available upon request.
