Welcome to this 3 bedroom townhouse that enjoys thousands of acres of National Forest as its backyard with incredible mountain views! Spacious enough for groups of 6, this home is ideal for both families and friends visiting Breckenridge at any time of the year. Intermediate skiers can ski in/ski out to Peak 9 and the Burro Trail is directly accessible for hiking and biking. A private hot tub and sauna await after a day of adventure! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

This townhome is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood, which is a great starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. During the winter season intermediate skiers can ski in/out if the weather permits.
