This cozy, coastal pad is the perfect home base for an unforgettable Coastal Bend getaway. The bright, two-story interior features a split-level floor plan with upstairs bedrooms separated from the household living areas downstairs. Great for families, a child-size bunk nook is included in the living area and the children's pool from the patio. The condo comes well-appointed for modern living, with central AC, a private washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with updated, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area with seating for six. After a day at the beach or pool, relax in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. Both bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom. The primary suite includes a private, covered balcony. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> A twin trundle in the primary bedroom provides an additional sleeping option.
