Welcome to your adorable, ground-floor condo in Seascape Garden Villas, where a porch swing and a frosty beverage have your name on them. Stash your bags in one of two comfortable bedrooms upon arrival and make a beeline for the serene patio, where you’ll find not only the porch swing, but also a table for four, perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, a well-equipped, full kitchen will make the chef happy, and there’s an adjacent dining table for six. Head out to explore after you settle in. Emerald waters and sugar-sand beaches await less than a mile away, and don’t forget to grab the beach chairs, toys, and floats provided in the primary bedroom closet. Closer to home, one of the complex’s pools is steps from the patio, with another pool located nearby. Play a friendly game of pickle ball or tennis with the provided equipment, or visit the game room at Seascape Towne Center. Dozens of restaurants, shops, and bars are nearby as well. After a fun day out, return home to relax in the central AC. Get comfortable together on the sectional in the living room, but don’t go to bed until you step outside for one more visit to the porch swing.
